BAGGAGE TRANSFER FOR LAYOVER FLIGHTS
You will not need to pick up your baggage during your layover.
It will be automatically transferred to Incheon International Airport.
TRANSFER INFORMATION: INCHEON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO GIMPO AIPORT
When you arrive at Incheon International Airport, you will need to pick up your baggage and transfer to Gimpo Airport for your connecting flight.
There are several convenient options for this transfer:
• AREX (Airport Railroad Express):
A fast and affordable train that offers a ride between Incheon and Gimpo Airports in approximately 30–40 minutes.
Comfortable and reliable, the bus service also takes around 30–40 minutes between airports.
• Taxi:
A direct and convenient option, though more expensive than public transportation.
ONLINE CHECK IN INFORMATION
You can check in on the airline’s website 24 hours before your departure time and print your boarding pass. Alternatively, you may also check in at the airport.
During online check-in, you can select your seat. Some reservations already include a pre-assigned seat, which you can find on the e-ticket receipt I sent you. You still have the option to change your seat during online check-in, if available.
⚠️ Important:
Once you check in online, your reservation is under the airline’s control, and Orange Travel will no longer be able to make any changes to your booking.
WHAT TO DO IF YOUR FLIGHT IS CANCELLED
If your flight is cancelled, the airline will usually rebook you on another available flight without any penalty.

Contact the airline directly as soon as possible.
They are the fastest and most efficient option for securing a new itinerary, and in many cases, they can also rebook you on partner or other airlines, still without penalty.

If Orange Travel makes the changes on our system, the airline may charge you a penalty, and we are unable to change your booking across different airlines.

Please stay in direct contact with the airline for updates. If they change your booking, ask them to send you a revised e-ticket by email and keep a copy with you for your records and safety.
MISSED CONNCETING FLIGHT DUE TO DELAY
If you miss a connecting flight because your first flight was delayedV,
it is the responsibility of the first airline to rebook your flights all the way to Korea.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of entry.
